How MoreThanMarks has performed last month, what we did good, and where we can improve

I know you love us so here I am(Simran) running MoreThanMarks(MTM) - a non-profit effort to improve education.
Every 15-days, I plan to send out a progress report for our efforts in education, their impacts and areas where we need your support.

TL;DR
Show people what are we currently doing through Social media marketing
I have personally tried to divide the teams into groups, it has helped us define work better.
Team interaction every Saturday where we discuss what was the team upto, what have we achieved and where can we improve.
We have launched our website.

Looking for school partnerships
In-talk with District Magistrate(DM) to run Digital Literacy Program in Sultanpur
Expanding our efforts in Mumbai to schools and orphanages
Started a Bootcamp where we teach "Social Media Marketing and Web-Development"
What does MoreThanMarks do?
MTM provides skill learning to school students. We believe that each student should be equipped with the right skills.
We serve school students, where we teach them skills that help them understand the right career prospects.
We also teach students at Orphanages in Mumbai, where we help them learn digital skills.
As an experiment, we have now started the classes of working professionals and Old-age homes. The aim is to help them use their digital devices.

We truly believe that our students are our true metric. So, this graph tells us how MTM has expanded in the students in the last 4-months.
How you can help us improve
Direct connection with schools, this will help us expand to more and more students.
Marketing Mentor: We want you to help us refine our sales pitch and how does customer conversion work.
What we feel good about
We have already collaborated with 2+ schools serving almost 100+ school students in last 1 month.
1 student from our LearnFromPeer program got placed with a marketing agency. He is working as a web developer.
We have got a very positive response from District Magistrate to expand our programs in government schools in Sultanpur.
We have started new cohorts with people at OLD AGE HOME and Working women
We have partnered with one more orphanage “Pranav Kanya Sangh” to teach them “Digital Literacy”
What we are freaked out about
Although we have a lot of direct connections in schools then too it is hard to secure partnerships.
Our whole team is continuously doing sales calls but conversion is very less.
What’s next?
Looking for at least 3 more 6-months school partnerships

User Stories
We started our new “Digital Literacy Program” at Pranav Kanya in January. Students who were shy back then are now giving success stories. They are the true heroes who are readily learning.
One of our students in our program “Ashwini Bharat Jadhav” has taken the initiative to teach the students at Pranav Kanya. Let’s hear from her how she feels!
